Our Process
Unlike other "custom" home builders, we don't limit you to stock configuration options. We can work with you to design a truly custom plan, or turn your existing blueprint into a reality. Every detail is within your control, from small—such as finishes and fixtures—to large—such as layout and framing.
Preconstruction Consultation
Each project starts with a no-obligation consultation. If you don't already have a blueprint for your custom project, we can collaborate with our established architecture partners to help you put your vision to paper.
Design & Construction Estimate
A design plan complete with materials estimates is critical to delivering your project on time and in budget. We do the work upfront to set clear expectations in a defined Scope of Work—minimizing any surprises down the line.
On-Site Project Management
We believe in doing the job right, no corners cut.​ Rather than managing projects from behind a desk, owner Chase Masuga serves as Project Manager and Supervisor on site for maximum quality control.

Our Leadership
Chasemoor Construction Inc. is owned and operated by third-generation home builder Chase Masuga. His passion lies in taking your dream home from paper to reality.

This passion was sparked early on when he'd join his father and grandfather on job sites as young as four years old. He learned the craft hands-on by working on build and remodeling projects throughout his teen years—taking over managing complete home builds by 20 years old.

Nearly two decades later, Chase continues his family's builder legacy of "pride over profit." He approaches each project as if he's building his own house—committed to building a luxury home that will last for future generations to come.
